Mission Statement:

Tracy wears two hats. Not at the same time though, that would just look weird. She has close ties to the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town in general, and Durbanville in particular, having lived in "da hood" all her life. An active member of her church, Tracy is a born-again Christian and gives freely of her time. By day she runs a small one-woman-and-her-catalogues retail sales agency. After hours Tracy is an avid runner. She has completed five Comrades Ultra marathons and ten Two Oceans ultra marathons. Who does that, right? I don't think I could drive that far. Tracy's passions are God, family and animals, enabling caring pet-parents to leave their homes and pets in trusted hands with complete peace-of-mind whilst they are away on business or pleasure.

Whilst we LOVE LOVE LUUUURVE looking after your pets, we also need to pay the bills, unfortunately. Once a booking is confirmed an invoice will be forwarded. We require a token deposit of ONE day, to ensure your dates are prioritised. It also prevents last minute queue jumpers from spoiling our preplanned party. Your deposit is receipted, and deducted from the balance of your account. In the event you decide to cancel or postpone, for any reason, before the service begins, your deposit simply rolls over to the next time you need us. On the day you depart, or when your dogwalking assignment begins, the balance becomes due. Your payment will again be receipted instantly, for your peace of mind. Our sitters and walkers are effectively self-employed. They cover their own petrol, meals and ad-hoc expenses. Payment options available: Debit card, credit card, SnapScan, MasterPass, Zapper and EFT into our Capitec Bank account. If you opt for EFT (which we prefer), please send us the proof of payment. We try to avoid cash, because it burns a large hole in our pockets.
